What are the Benefits of Getting a Massage?

There are many reasons to get a massage.  It’s a great way to relax and have the tension and stress kneaded out of your muscles which are also nourished by increased blood circulation.  Massage can also help with pain relief and anxiety.  Studies have shown that massage can be helpful for:

What should I wear?

You should always feel comfortable and safe during a massage so undress to your level of comfort.  Some clients choose to leave their underwear on and some choose to undress completely.  You are completely covered in a sheet and blanket and we only expose the area we are working.

What are the benefits of getting a facial?

Facials help your skin to look it’s best and stay healthy.  They help clear clogged pores, quench parched skin, reduce large pores and remove dead cells.  Puffiness reduction, sagging in the face and skin cell renewal are also benefits of getting a facial.  It is recommended to get a facial a minimum of once a season, as the weather changes your skin.
